Are your fidgets safe for use by children under 5?

⚠️ Safety Disclaimer: Our fidgets are not intended for children under 5 years old as they contain small parts that may pose a choking hazard. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that use is at your own risk and Neena's Print Shop is not liable for misuse or unsupervised use.


How long do your fidgets last?

We use high-quality PLA filaments and specific print settings to create fidgets that are designed to last for months with normal use. However, like any small mechanical item, consistent and heavy daily use can lead to a shorter lifespan. Please note, if you drop any purchased item it may break apart. We may be able to repair it but dripping it is not covered under our replacement policy.


What's the difference between a flexi figure and a clicker?

Flexi Fidgets bend, twist, and wiggle — they don’t have a clicker inside. They’re great for quiet fidgeting and sensory play.

Clicker Fidgets have a real switch inside that you can press and hear a click.


Do you offer free fidgets for teachers or schools?

We often receive requests from teachers asking for free fidgets. While we can’t provide them at no cost, we understand how helpful they can be for all children.

However we can support educators by offering a 10% discount on orders of 10 or more fidgets for teachers and schools. Contact us by email at neenasprintship@yahoo.com and we can help you with this custom order. We will need teachers to submit a photo of their School ID. Please note: this offer applies only to grades K–12 and not to preschools. Refund & Replacement FAQ

What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. However: If products arrive broken or break during normal use within 30 days of receiving your order, you are eligible for a replacement. If a product is unavailable, you can choose between receiving store credit or selecting another item of equal value. If you’d like a more expensive fidget, we’ll send you an invoice for the difference. If an item breaks due to user error, it is not eligible for replacement or credit.

Approved claims are fulfilled within 15–20 business days.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Email us at neenasprintshop@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.


Refund & Replacement Policy

Our items are handmade and produced in small batches, all sales are final unless noted below.

Eligibility

If your item arrives damaged or fails due to a material issue within 30 days of purchase, you’re eligible for a

replacement.

If you item(s) are damaged, we’ll issue a store credit or replacement. If the item is out of stock, you can choose an item of equal value as the replacement.

Damage caused by user error isn’t eligible.


How to file a claim

Email us at neenasprintshop@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery for items damaged on arrival and within 30 days of purchase for material issues. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved replacements are processed within 15–20 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Approved Store Credits are processed within 5 business days. Returns are not required unless we specifically request one.
